Yael Gaathon, the artistic director, is a choreographer and performer with a background in theatre and Butoh. Her artistic expression can be described as atmospheric, poetic, aesthetic and meditative.
Our creative process begins with a theme that serves as the foundation and driving force behind the work. The artistic language evolves from this theme, blending different styles, with a particular focus on physical and visual expression influenced by Butoh, theater, and visual art.
To make the most of the resources invested in each project, we prioritize in-depth research focusing on fewer, more thoughtfully developed productions that can tour for extended periods. We value incorporating workshops and knowledge sharing throughout the process, contributing to both personal and collective growth within our practice.
