Emilie Gregersen
Emilie Gregersen’s choreographic work is driven by sensorial practices and questions around intimacy, artificiality and the use of the senses. Through the uncanny, the erotic and the cringe, she plays with expectations and meanings. Emilie works between Copenhagen and Berlin and is co-founder of Dance Cooperative in Copenhagen.

TRIXSTER (solo premiering in 2025)
With movement and voice, the solo navigates through a vibrant web of expressions, wanting to challenge binary perceptions of what is seen and felt by twisting and distorting images. Inspired by the trickster — a figure known for breaking norms and shape-shifting — the piece playfully works with disruption, infused with a touch of humour, tricks, and drama. Within this tension, Emilie brings to life stories of loss, transformation, and love, with the intention of immersing both herself and the audience in an unfolding emotional landscape.
On My Tongue (group piece premiering in 2024)
Holding on to emotional loops in the music and the dance, the piece moves through ambivalences of touch and being touched. Through a sensorial choreography the work navigates consent, companionship, tactility, and politics of touch. On My Tongue serves as the final piece in Emilie’s Touch Trilogy, consisting of the works Caresses (2021) and the solo touch (2020).
