Mirko Guido

Mirko Guido’s choreographic work explores and negotiates the boundaries between diverse materials, mediums, and contexts, crystallising into distinct performances for theatres, art museums, and public spaces. His artistic practice unfolds as a critical and profound investigation of how our inner landscapes intersect with external realities in a time of overlapping ecological, social, and individual uncertainties. How do we navigate, re-orient, and unravel within ourselves and in a rapidly changing world? A former dancer with the Cullberg Ballet, and with a Master's degree in New Performative Practices from DOCH/Stockholm University of the Arts, Mirko Guido has been presenting his work internationally and today he is an in-house artist of Bora Bora — Dance and Visual Theatre.
